Hi, I’m Michele! I not only offer voice lessons, but also training in acting, piano, songwriting, voice-over, and more.

The Performer

Michele Ross is a professional singer, actor, dancer, and songwriter with more than thirty years of experience in the entertainment industry. Her extensive career has placed her in some of America’s top venues throughout the Midwest and on both coasts.

Michele has appeared in numerous commercials and film projects as an actress and voice-over artist, and performed leading and supporting roles in popular stage productions, including Oklahoma!, LaTraviata, Manon, The Magic Flute, Carousel, The Curious Savage, and Tony & Tina’s Wedding.

She owns her own music publishing company called WadeMade Music, BMI, and co-wrote “I Only See Me With You” with well-known Nashville songwriter, Tom Paden. The pop/country crossover ballad was recorded by two independent artists and performed on the television network, TNN.

Michele thrives on sharing the knowledge she has gained in the performing arts with students of all ages. She has more than twenty years of experience teaching in both private and group settings. Michele specializes in vocal techniques only offered in major markets like Los Angeles, New York, and Nashville, and has created her own techniques that have yielded award-winning results for her students. She is also an expert in both Meisner and method acting techniques, and has developed unique approaches that bring out the very best in aspiring actors. These and many other attributes are what set Michele Ross apart from other private voice instructors in the Tulsa market.



Education

Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Vocal Performance from Oklahoma City University. Wherever her performing career took her, she always made time to study with the best in each market, logging countless hours in private voice lessons, acting classes, workshops, and group dance classes. She continues to search for the latest information and research to help her and her students attain the very best skills.



Personal/Philanthropy/Interests

Over the past few years, Michele has served as a volunteer actor and soloist in live and film productions for her home church, Victory Christian Center, in Tulsa. She is a professional writer, and is in the process of penning her first screenplay for a faith-based movie project as well as a new Pop/R&B song with her co-writer in Edmond, Oklahoma. Her interests outside of the performing arts world include cooking and developing new health-conscious recipes, dancing, swimming, gym and outdoor activities, travel, and quality time with family and friends.

Michele’s relationships with managers, agents, recording studios, choreographers, performance coaches, music producers, social media marketing experts, performance venues, and A & R departments can help you take your career to the next level. We offer showcases and opportunities to perform in front of a live audience of peers and other industry professionals throughout the year. Providing an enthusiastic, supportive, confidence-building space for singing and piano instruction to all ages in the Tulsa Area.
